Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Full Refund for Technical Issues: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the TopReviews scanner fails to function as advertised due to technical or software errors that cannot be resolved by support.
2. Cancellation Before Activation: Subscriptions or purchases canceled before the scanner's activation or first use will receive a full refund with no additional fees.
3. Partial Refunds for Early Cancellations: If the service is canceled midway through a subscription term, customers may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion, subject to the policy terms.
4. No Refund for Misuse: Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by customer misuse, including improper setup, unapproved third-party integrations, or tampering with software settings.
5. Disputed Ratings Resolution: In case of disputes regarding the accuracy of the ratings or reviews generated by the scanner, TopReviews will investigate thoroughly and, if the issue is valid, offer compensation such as additional subscription time or discounts.
6. Refund Method and Timelines: In case of any refunds approved byTopreviewexpert, it will take 6 working days for the refund to be processed to you. Then refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 6 working days.
